Part time job: University of Otago ITS HelpDesk Student Support Advisor

ITS is looking for students (who are studying this year) to be part of a team helping students get their own computers set up for use on the University’s network (wireless and wired) and provide general information, advice and support for the student IT services provided by ITS.

Some thoughts on Student Laptop Support for next year…

This semester I have been doing an internship on the ITS helpdesk. Thanks to all of my workmates, I learned a lot while I was working there, you can’t learn things like communication skills through books / lectures, so thank you for giving me a chance to work on the helpdesk
