Looks like Microsoft is giving us “an early present” by releasing the SP1 for Office 2007 before XMAS
The first service pack for Office 2007 is suppose to be out on the 11th of December…but the link doesn’t seem to be working tonight
Check out this link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx
At the time of this writing, the link “Download and install Service Pack 1 for Office 2007” won’t lead you to the right place, all you will get is: “We’re sorry, the page you requested could not be found“. Looks like Santa forgot to put the present on the web page
Hopefully when I wake up tomorrow morning (12th of Dec), the link will be working

You can also checkout: Visio 2007 Service Pack 1 and Project 2007 Service Pack 1
But the end result is the same (page not found) at the moment

You blogged too early, lol.
Anyways, installed and everything is fine here
Hey David, you might want to check this out: It gets rid of the Ribbon in Office 2007, and replaces it with the old menu bar.

Re Brett: cool…but Office 2007 won’t be Office 2007 without the Ribbon
The Ribbon has been an excellent time saver for me and no wonder is the best addition to Office!

David, if kimcheeli’s wish come true, I need your iMac!
Re Chaks: If kimcheeli’s wish comes true, don’t you want my Dell instead
